RECRUITER PHONE SCREEN

If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process, a recruiter will contact you for a phone screen. This introductory conversation allows your recruiter to get to know your qualifications better, and also gives you an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about who we are too!

INTERVIEW

You’ll meet key members of our hiring team, virtually or in-person. Each interview will enable you to get to know someone new, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the role and our culture.

OFFER

Congratulations, you’ve received an offer from SitusAMC! Your recruiter will call you to explain the details of your offer, then follow with a formal letter and written information about benefits.

ONBOARDING

From the time you sign your offer letter to your first day at SitusAMC, you will work with our Talent Acquisition Concierge team to complete necessary pre-hire forms and ensure you receive all the tools you need for a successful Day 1.

30-DAY CHECK-IN

A month after starting with SitusAMC, your Talent Acquisition Concierge will reach out, checking in to make sure you’re successfully getting settled and help answer any questions you might have.
