Meet some of our partners

Habitat for Humanity

As part of our commitment to the communities in which we operate, we committed $100,000 across 2022 to Habitat for Humanity – a global housing nonprofit supporting families’ long-term stability through safe, affordable, and resilient housing. The partnership brings together SitusAMC employees to participate in build days where employees have the opportunity to work alongside Habitat for Humanity to construct housing for those in need.

Move the Chain

We maintain equity throughout our operation through initiatives such as employee education and training; attracting and retaining a higher number of women, people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals from the top down; and a commitment to paying an equal, global living wage that adjusts for inflation and cost of living expenses.

SitusAMC’s Matching Gifts Program matches documented donations up to the annual maximum of $100,000 to eligible charities and causes that champion the quality of others and those who have been impacted by the global pandemic and other natural disasters. This program provides an opportunity for SitusAMC to support causes that are personally important to our employees.

Sandra Adam, CPA, Director, Financial Diligence and Forensic Analysis

Director Sandra describes how she dedicates her time to helping empower women who are getting back on their feet and advancing their careers. By working with Dress for Success, an organization that provides women with clothing and development tools for job interviews, and acting as a mentor to young professionals, Sandra uses her skills to uplift others. She brings this enthusiasm to SitusAMC’s Women’s Empowerment Network, and we are so excited to watch Sandra’s impact grow.
