We are looking for an Analyst to join our FP&A Team to help us build best-in-class Finance Analytics and Reporting Organization for Commercial and Residential Real Estate business units. FP&A team is known for its speed, accuracy, efficiency, and actionable business insights.
Reporting to the VP, FP&A and partnering across Finance and cross-functionally, s/he will build insightful reports and presentations to the senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help onboard work product and critical relationships to a growing offshore real estate Finance /FP&A team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset will help one navigate the path towards creation of a COE for the FP&A Global team.
  • Work closely with business, US counterparts and other finance teams to build analytical reports such as Flash, CAPEX, Revenue by client, Client Profitability analysis, Price and Volume Analysis etc. and provide insightful commentary to the senior management on key deviations.
  • Drive and Manage budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and other ad-hoc requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand and analyze the implications of business changes and incorporate these changes to the reporting infrastructure and key processes.
  • Business partnering and stakeholder management is a key aspect of this role, and the candidate is expected to demonstrate strong stakeholder management, with the ability to understand and address stakeholders’ needs and influence decision making processes.
  • Drive automation agenda and streamline various processes/reports wherever possible.

  • MBA (Tier-1 college)/ Chartered Accountant degree with 1-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis related work like budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost allocations.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel is essential. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional ability to efficiently and effectively drill-down to key business drivers for actual and forecasted financial variances with high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mortgage industry experience with a private equity-owned or a financial services company is a plus
