Essential Job Functions
Perform analysis of commercial real estate properties and the markets they are located
Credit underwriting for CMBS and balance sheet facilities
Assist in preparing transaction presentations for senior management
Help facilitate and manage loan closings
Origination pipeline administration
Qualifications/Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Commercial Real Estate
8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, mortgage brokerage, corporate finance, commercial or investment banking or related field
Strong financial modeling skills specifically with Microsoft Excel. Argus a plus
Strong business writing acumen with experience in creating sales or credit presentations
Able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires executive thinking and problem solving.
Must be collaborative and comfortable communicating in a team-oriented environment
Highly motivated and able work independently

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$200,000.00 - $240,000.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
