The internship role provides in-depth exposure to SitusAMC and other areas of the business where the candidate will receive guidance and work closely with experienced professionals.Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Load Excel data into operational systems and ensure correct mapping is utilized.
Assist in image processing and loading image files to operational systems.
Create and maintain file directories.
Review, identify and ascertain quality/viability of loan image files.
Access loan image files throughout the company image database.
Create inventory of image & data files, combine image files, and load to operational systems.
Ensure inventory results are provided in a timely manner and reported as per established protocol.
Work with Client Service Managers to ensure all items required for tasking have been provided by the client.
Transfer data and image files, as well as troubleshoot inventory issues.
Ensure data and files are maintained in consistent formats within the company database and image network.
Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Enrolled as a full-time BA/BS program with a concentration in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Entry level experience with 0-6 months of prior employment or internship experience
Preferred experience in a technology-based environment.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Experience with Access or SQL preferred, but not required.
Capable of creating and manipulating spreadsheets, including pivot tables, v-look ups, and utilize reporting tools and queries to support data and image file tasking. Should have a strong analytical ability, good judgment, and ability to exercise strategic and multidimensional thinking.
Needs to be detail oriented and very well organized.
Remote based in or driving distance of a local office: Denver, CO; St Petersburg, FL; NY, NY; Plymouth Meeting, PA; Overland Park, KS; Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA
Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$22.50 - $25.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
