As an AI Software Development Intern, you will collaborate with our engineering and research teams to design, develop, and test AI-driven solutions. Your daily tasks will include supporting the development of machine learning models, writing and debugging code, and assisting in data analysis and preprocessing. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, attend team meetings, and contribute to real-world projects.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supports systems analysis, design, programming, developing, testing, debugging, and documentation for assigned software projects

• Participates in software design meetings

• Troubleshoots and provides technical solutions to customer production issues

• Peer reviews development team code for feedback and quality control

• Collaborates frequently with business analysts, quality assurance, and company leadership to serve clients

• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Job Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is preferred

• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods

• Experience with data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization tools is a plus

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
