This role is timely and critical as we integrate our finance and contract management systems with Salesforce to create a unified platform for tracking and forecasting revenue across the enterprise. Reporting directly to the Heads of Revenue for our CRE and Residential businesses, this role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing Salesforce functionality to meet the evolving needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring Salesforce development experience, project management expertise, and a strong background in system integrations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Executive Engagement and Building Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Understand their strategic goals and how our solutions can help them achieve scale, efficiency, and competitive advantage
  • Revenue & Growth: Identify and pursue enterprise-level opportunities to drive meaningful revenue and growth. Own and exceed revenue targets by driving adoption and expansion of our solutions within each client in assigned territory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to deploy go-to-market strategies that drive usage and adoption of our solutions. Provide actionable insights from the field to influence product roadmap and positioning.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting across assigned territory.  Design and execute account plans to grow wallet share, long-term value and prioritize high-level opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to inform strategy. Serve as a mentor and resource to junior sellers and cross-functional partners where applicable.
  • CRM Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRM system ensuring it meets business requirements and is fully functional.
  • User Support & Training: Provide ongoing training and support to CRM users across sales, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure that CRM data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Conduct regular data audits and cleanup to maintain high data quality.
  • Customization & Configuration: Configure CRM settings, create workflows, automate processes, build custom fields, and develop dashboards/reports to meet business needs.
  • System Integration: Work closely with IT and third-party vendors to integrate the CRM system with other business tools (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, finance systems).
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze CRM reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights to leadership to support decision-making.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and managing system upgrades.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for CRM processes, customizations, and system changes to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience (Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing complex system integrations and collaborating with third-party development partners.
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional technology projects on time and within scope.
  • Experience with pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and/or financial systems integrations a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Must be customarily and regularly engaged away from the employer’s place or places of business

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$150,000.00 - $180,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
