This role supports the technical implementation and ongoing production use of SitusAMC software for assigned clients, with accountability for day to day activities at the team level. The Senior Associate guides transactional implementation and post go live support processes, including configuration support, training coordination, testing, and issue intake. The role builds effective working relationships with internal teams and client contacts to support smooth transitions into production and reinforce standard product usage. Work is performed with limited supervision, using judgment to address moderately complex situations within established processes and escalation paths.

Essential Job Functions:

• Guide and execute transactional implementation activities for assigned clients, including software configuration support, training preparation, and testing support.

• Support coordination of implementation timelines and client readiness activities to facilitate transition into production.

• Provide day‑to‑day post‑go‑live support to reinforce standard product usage and client adoption.

• Serve as a primary team‑level point of contact for client production questions and issues, performing initial triage and validation.

• Document, track, and route client issues and requests to appropriate internal teams in accordance with established processes.

• Monitor issue progress and provide routine status updates to relevant internal and client stakeholders.

• Deliver assigned client administrator, end‑user, and internal training sessions or structured training support.

• Maintain and apply highly advanced working knowledge of SitusAMC software functionality, industry concepts, and client workflows.

• Use judgment to resolve moderately complex implementation and production support issues within defined guidelines and escalation paths.

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate‑level role or external equivalent.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• 3+ yrs experience with Mortgage software implementations or Mortgage Whole Loan Transaction Management

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to resolve moderately complex issues with limited supervision.

• Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS software implementations.

• Experience delivering client administrator, end‑user, or internal training.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$90,000.00 - $130,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
