This position will have responsibility for day-to-day operational support of the Warehouse Financing business on behalf of clients with oversight of junior resources, the ability to train new hires, and the ability to work closely with senior leaders on the WAS team. This is a client-facing position where clear communication, managing multiple workstreams, and prioritization of work is essential. Ability to execute transactions in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of client and lending partner needs, including uploading data tapes, determining loan eligibility, identifying errors, execution of fundings, processing payments, margin calls, servicing updates and loan settlements,  
  • Provide direct operational support with use of technical and operational solutions for external clients and lending partners  
  • Strong knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business and processes; including support for the ProMerit Technology and aspects of warehouse financing
  • Able to take ownership of funding activities, client accounts and be primary client contact
  • Develop key documents to support WFCS Clients: policies & procedures, service level agreements (i.e., performance metrics), marketing materials, project plans and client deliverables
  • Closely coordinate across functional teams, primarily project management, ProMerit implementation and product specialist teams
  • Participate and provide feedback in creating prospective client proposals, contract negotiations, service agreements and client presentations
  • Accountable for completion of these activities
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Detail oriented (including note taking) as it relates to executing client related tasks
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 
  • Professional and timely communication with clients via phone calls, conference calls, zooms, MS Teams chats and email
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple client requests or inquiries
  • Demonstrate ability to process client requests in a timely manner and meet deadlines
  • Liaise with offshore resources to ensure seamless coverage of all client requirements
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the mortgage business and previous work on similar products
  • Experience overseeing project teams
  • Knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business; including use and support of the ProMerit technology platform, warehouse financing operational activities, client services, presentation skills & ability to take on other strategic initiatives 
  • Proficient knowledge of ProMerit functionality and use cases or ability to learn ProMerit quickly or learn new functionality 
  • Familiarity with residential and commercial mortgage warehouse facility structure through business term sheet interpretation 
  • Knowledge of mortgage related products, both government agency eligible and non-agency eligible, funding structures such as, commercial paper conduits, participations and VFNs 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Self-motivated

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of ADO, WLS, and SQL coding a plus 
  • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; sets goals and objectives; develops realistic action plans; displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions; includes appropriate people in decision-making process; makes timely decisions

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$80,000.00 - $105,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
