Essential Job Functions:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within assigned business units throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with assigned business unit leaders to understand team dynamics and provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations.
  • Assist in the facilitation of performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and talent assessments.
  • Use tools like Culture Index and ActivTrak to monitor and enhance employee productivity and engagement for assigned business units.
  • Generate and analyze reports in Workday to support decision-making related to compensation, roles, and workforce planning for assigned business units.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through MTC, ERGs, and VoE programs for assigned business units
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to provide actionable insights to assigned business unit leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance on performance management including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions for assigned business unites
  • Support HR operations including unemployment claims, benefits queries, job description updates, offboarding, and employment verifications for assigned business units.
  • Assist in investigations related to employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate with employees on leave and attendance management for assigned business units.
  • Lead or support special HR projects as assigned by HR leadership
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 year in a generalist or HRBP capacity preferred
  • Solid understanding of core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across levels.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems like Workday is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable to complete Work from Office.
  • Comfortable with shift timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
