Essential Job Functions:
- Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts, ensuring seamless integration with existing residential real estate systems and operational processes.
- Ensure AI models and solutions are built with scalability, reliability, and compliance in mind, addressing ethical AI concerns and industry regulations.
- Ensure AI development follows SitusAMC standard processes and procedures
- Participate in Quality Assurance testing, Volume testing and Bias testing of agents including creating test plans
- Assist with the development of repeatable models that can be replicated across all RRE and gain efficiencies with each implementation
- Work alongside existing delivery teams to enhance product offerings, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making through AI-powered insights.
- Execute the AI innovation roadmap for the residential real estate division, aligning with the company’s broader digital transformation strategy.
- Execute high-impact AI use cases in areas such as automation of existing services and products, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development
- Prior experience of U.S. Residential Mortgage or comparable sectors will be considered a key asset for this role
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey the strategic vision and outcomes to various teams
- Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- A strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC’s guiding principles

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
₹1.00 - ₹1.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
