What you'll be doing
- Undertaking engagement with internal stakeholders on material ESG matters in accordance with SitusAMC ESG Strategy.
- Exposure to full set ESG including stewardship, governance, and strategy implementation.
- Responding to various and ad hoc client requests for ESG data.
- Taking a leading role in managing data and reports of ESG to internal stakeholders, specifically Environment data.
- Maintaining an ESG Risk Dashboard.
- Carrying out ESG and climate/environmental related research to support integration and engagement activities.
- Working with Legal to monitor sustainability and climate related sustainability regulatory developments and to help disseminate information on key ESG topics to help build out knowledge internally.
- Support the administration of SitusAMC Corporate Social Responsibility Platform.
- Assist in drafting Annual Reports
What we're looking for
- A passion for Sustainability and basic experience in ESG/Sustainability in a corporate environment.
- Foundation knowledge of ESG trends in the financial/real estate industry.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of climate and environmental factors relevant to investors/clients.
- Experience of undertaking successful engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Proficient in English both verbal and written.
- London Hours.
