Position Overview:

This position is supervisory and has direct reports. This position is responsible for managing the development staff and the software development lifecycle. Works with stakeholders to plan and execute software projects, ensuring appropriate technical specifications are generated and development efforts are completed on time and with a high degree of quality.

Essential Job Functions:

• Performs or reviews systems analysis, design, programming, developing, testing, debugging, and documentation for assigned software projects.
• Manage Developers (hiring, monitoring performance, coaching)
• Provides technical leadership / mentoring
• Troubleshoots and provides technical solutions to customer production issues
• Performs Peer Reviews
• Collaborates across groups
• Provides time estimates for development tasks to IT Leadership
• Documents systems and software
• Participates in software design meetings
• Coordinates with IT Operations, Client Managers, Bas, and QA for release and sprint planning
• May Conduct Daily Developer Stand Ups
• Establishes and documents development standards
• Participates in product and technology roadmap development
• This position supervises and mentor's others
• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of product development experience, including experience in a management or team lead role 
• Experience with the most current technologies and products used in the industry is preferred
• Proactive problem solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills

• Must be proficient in the following programming languages and technologies:
  • .Net Framework, ASP.net, C# language (required)
  • MS SQL Server, stored procedures, and functions (required)
  • HTML, CSS, and Javascript (required)
  • XSLT (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage direct reports

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($120,000 - $140,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.  All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
